Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Process:

You must contact our Customer Service team at info@zcosmeticsandmore.co.uk before returning any items.

Once we’ve dispatched your order, you are responsible for returning the products at your own cost. Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

You must retain possession of the products and take reasonable care of them until returned.

We do not offer product exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please request a return for a refund.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened cosmetic items.

Products must be returned unused, in the same condition in which you received them, and with the original packaging.

The items are your responsibility until they reach us. For your protection, we recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Refunds will be processed after the products have been returned. The value of the products will be refunded to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).
Refunds for items purchased as gifts will only be processed to the original buyer’s payment method.

Cancellation Order

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch your order. To cancel, please contact us at info@zcosmeticsandmore.co.uk
After you cancel your order, the value of the goods debited by us to your credit/debit card will be refunded in full. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 5 working days of you cancelling your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Products:

If your product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 14 working days of receiving the goods.
We may offer refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights.

Refunds:

We aim to process refunds within 5 working days after receiving the returned items. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We will not issue a refund for products returned after 14 days from delivery or for products that have been opened or used.
